Refund policy
All Sales Final Policy
We understand that you may want to return or exchange an item you have purchased from our store. However, please note that all sales are final and no refunds are issued. This is because we offer a wide variety of products and services, and we cannot guarantee that we will be able to restock or resell returned items.

Exceptions
We will only make exceptions to our all sales final policy in the following cases:
- If the item you received is damaged or defective.
- If you received the wrong item.
To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You must provide proof of purchase and a photo of the damaged or defective item (if applicable).
Once we have received your request, we will review it and issue a return or exchange authorization if necessary. You will then be responsible for shipping the item back to us at your own expense.
Refunds
If you are eligible for a refund, we will issue the refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to process.
Exchanges
If you are eligible for an exchange, we will ship the new item to you at no additional cost. Please allow 3-5 business days for the new item to arrive.
